This Brow Fixing lotion is used to permanently fix eyebrows in the desired shape. Hydrogen Peroxides: Stabilizes and neutralizes the softened keratin chains of the eyebrows. As a result, the high alkaline pH value of Lotion step 1 Brow Perm drops significantly faster than with other Fix lotions. The eyebrows are firmer for an even longer effect. Cetearyl Alcohol: Makes hair supple and smooth. Brow Fixing restructures the hair surface. Working time is 4-5 minutes.
