Safe and trusted
Buying at Spatreatments is simple and straightforward. But you also want to know where you stand as an internet customer of Spatreatments if you regret your purchase. Or if the item is delivered to your home incomplete. Therefore, read these rules first. These are the rules by which you can see that buying from Spatreatments via the Internet is just as familiar as buying from the undersigned in the store. Dutch law applies in both cases, which means that you, as an Internet customer of Spatreatments, are also covered by the necessary guarantees. You trade with Spatreatments, unless stated otherwise in the shop or in the specific delivery conditions. If specific delivery conditions apply to your purchase, those provisions that deviate from the provisions as stated on this service page take precedence over those of the service page.
Delivery? As soon as possible!
Your Internet order will come to you as soon as possible. If your order form has been filled in completely and correctly, you will receive your order within a few working days (PostNL). The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Spatreatments until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise. For every order, delivered through Spatreatments, the customer accepts the courier service chosen by Spatreatments without this entailing any transfer of risk. In this case, the customer will pay a fixed contribution towards the transport costs for deliveries. The transport rates applicable at that time will be communicated by Spatreatments on first request. Delivery is valid while stocks last. Spatreatments delivers your Internet order throughout the Netherlands and beyond and guarantees delivery within 30 days. If this term is exceeded, you will be notified as soon as possible. If you subsequently wish to cancel the purchase, the purchase agreement will be dissolved free of charge. Spatreatments will refund the amount you paid in full as soon as possible. The refund will in any case take place within 30 days after the termination of the purchase agreement. Deliveries take place at the address specified by the buyer during the conclusion of the agreement.
Pay via Internet
When purchasing via this website you know exactly what you are buying and what you pay for it. The price stated with the offer is, just like in the store, a total price and in euros. So including VAT. Any shipping costs are listed separately. Spatreatments charges € 5.70 shipping and administration costs. Orders above €100 will be delivered carriage paid. Different rates apply for orders from abroad. The customer is obliged to pay the agreed price in advance. All judicial and extrajudicial costs that Spatreatments has to incur to collect the amount owed to it by the customer, will be borne by the customer. You will find the invoice with the ordered items. Please keep this well in case you want to return or exchange something and the like. Administrative errors will be corrected as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your complaint.

Not happy, money back
If the article or order is not complete upon delivery, Spatreatments will replace or deliver the missing part. The costs thereof are for the account of Spatreatments. However, the condition is that the complaint in question is reported to Spatreatments as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days.
Return payments will be made as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days. This period starts on the date on which your complaint is received at the Spatreatments office in Zierikzee. Is the item good, but do you regret your purchase? You have a cooling-off period of 14 working days to return your goods. Read more about this under 'Reflection time'
It is legally arranged that after receipt of the goods purchased 'at a distance' you will be given a cooling-off period of 14 days. Regret your purchase? Please return the order (or part thereof) within 14 days of receiving your order. It is not necessary to state reasons. The condition is that you send the original invoice, that the item is not damaged and that it is still in the original packaging, so any seal must not be broken. After receipt of your complaint, you will receive the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, back within 30 days at the latest. Spatreatments can waive the reflection period outlined above in special cases. If Spatreatments makes use of this option, this is clearly stated in the article for which the deviation from the rule applies. Different rules apply to a shipment that is incompletely delivered to you. Look for this under 'Not good - money back'.
For special promotions, the promotion period will always be stated. Orders outside this period can no longer be delivered at promotional prices. Spatreatments cannot be held liable for deviations in prices, images and texts.
Names or addresses will not be used in any way by our suppliers. We only record your name and address for our own customer base. This file also contains data that is necessary for the processing of orders, such as order, delivery and payment data. Registration of this type of data takes place in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Personal Data Protection Act (notification number College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens m1018652). On our website you can see how your personal data is registered. Customers are obliged to inform Spatreatments of changes in this personal data. You must make changes yourself on the website.
